For over 4 Years I worked with a Top Commercial Broker focused on Multi Residential Apartment Building Sales and Investment Properties. I assisted in the Property Management of over 300 Suites and Marketed all the Properties in the Portfolio. I have Leased many Commercial Units with an Average of 10 days on the Market and received 100% of the Asking Price on ALL my Lease deals to date.
